In the afternoon of September 21, 2007 the North Attleboro Fire Department was dispatched to Hawkins Rd. for a reported structure. The first due engine encountered a 2 1/2 story wood frame single family dwelling with a fire in a 2nd floor bedroom. The first due engine company stretched in a hose line and began an interior attack. The fire was extinguished with assistance from Attleboro and Cumberland companies. ***I swear one of these days I'm going to get there quick enough to catch some fire.***
